krikya is an online gaming platform that offers sports betting, casino games, slots, and live gaming services. These terms apply to all services on the platform, including the website, mobile application, and any other digital channel through which the services are accessed.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on krikya and participate in any gaming or betting activity, a member must be at least 21 years of age. All services on this platform are strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. krikya may at any time request a government-issued ID or other proof to verify a member's age, and the member is required to provide it.

2.2 One Account per Person

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, krikya reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any funds held in them.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

Members must register with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or incorrect information may result in the account being suspended or closed. If any personal details change, the member must update their profile immediately or contact the support team.

3.1 Login Security

Each member is fully responsible for keeping their username and password secure. Sharing login credentials with any third party is prohibited. If a member suspects unauthorised access to their account, they must notify customer support immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

krikya may at any time verify a member's identity as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested for verification. krikya reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Closing an Account

A member may voluntarily request to close their account at any time. Any eligible funds remaining in the account may be withdrawn through the standard withdrawal method before closure. However, if an account is closed due to a breach of terms, different rules may apply.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on krikya is ৳100. Currently accepted payment methods for deposits are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Members must use their own payment account to deposit — deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

krikya automatically monitors suspicious transactions. If evidence of fraudulent activity is found, krikya reserves the right to cancel the relevant transaction, suspend the account, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The krikya welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus funds, a wager of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on applicable services and will not be treated as cash.
• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry date, which will be stated in the offer details.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• If krikya determines that a member is misusing the bonus system, krikya reserves the right to cancel that account's bonuses.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus funds will be forfeited, but the original deposit amount may still be withdrawn.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

krikya periodically runs offers such as weekly deposit gifts, slots festival bonuses, cricket mania offers, birthday special rewards, and refer-a-friend promotions. Each of these offers has its own terms and wagering requirements, which are clearly stated at the time the offer is announced.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the krikya platform are operated by certified software providers and run using a Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are determined entirely at random and automatically, and neither krikya nor its staff can interfere with the result of any game.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.
• For sports betting, the official match result will be considered final.
• In live betting, the odds displayed at the moment a bet is accepted will be considered final.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the krikya platform:

• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to operate games.
• Attempting to exploit weaknesses in the game system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate outcomes.

7.1 Setting Limits

Members can set deposit limits, betting limits, and loss limits from their account. Once activated, these limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit will take some time to process, but requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

If a member feels that gaming is becoming harmful to them, they may request that their account be suspended for a set period or permanently. Attempting to open a new account while a self-exclusion is active will be treated as a breach of these terms.

All content published on the krikya platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and databases — is protected as krikya's intellectual property. Members are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, publishing, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without krikya's prior written consent.

Content from third-party game providers — such as games from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, or Evolution — is operated under those providers' own licences, and members may not reproduce that content in any way.

9.1 Service Availability

krikya strives to provide its services without interruption, but service disruptions may occasionally occur due to technical maintenance, server updates, or unforeseen circumstances. krikya will not be liable for any potential loss a member suffers as a result of such disruptions.

9.2 Third-Party Services

krikya works with various third-party payment providers and game software providers. krikya is not directly liable for any errors or disruptions in those third parties' services, but will make every reasonable effort to assist in resolving issues.

10.1 Right to Modify Terms

krikya reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or through platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that the member has accepted the updated terms.

10.2 Termination of Relationship

krikya reserves the right to close any member's account immediately for the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause in these terms.
• Involvement in fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Misuse of the bonus system.
• Inappropriate conduct towards other members or staff.
• Suspicion of involvement in money laundering or any other illegal activity.

10.3 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through krikya's customer service team.
